• Do not post, share, or promote harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Do not upload content involving nudity, hate speech, or violence.
• Do not exploit or hack the app, servers, or reward systems.
• Do not use automation, bots, or fake accounts for unfair advantage.
• Respect other users and maintain a positive, safe community environment.

5. Rewards and PixaCoins

PixaCoins or other in-app rewards represent virtual assets and do not have real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated by PixaEarn. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue reward systems or conversion options at any time.

5.1 In-App Purchases (PixaCoins)

PixaCoins are virtual tokens available for purchase within the PixaEarn app via Google Play in-app purchases. They can be used to participate in challenges, redeem rewards, or access special app features.

• All purchases are processed securely by Google Play. PixaEarn does not store payment information.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• PixaEarn reserves the right to modify, pause, or remove coin packs at any time.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their Google Play account is authorized for purchases.

6. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of all media, videos, and posts you upload to PixaEarn. However, by uploading, you grant PixaEarn a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute your content within the app and on affiliated digital channels to enhance community visibility.

7. Termination of Access

PixaEarn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the platform. You may also request account deletion at any time through your app settings or by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

PixaEarn is not responsible for data loss, downtime, or damages resulting from unauthorized access, third-party integrations, or user misconduct. You agree to use the app at your own risk.

9. Updates and Modifications

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gangtok, Sikkim.
