Child Safety & Community Standards

PixaEarn has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This page states the standard, what is prohibited, how to report it, and what we do when it is reported.

The short version

  • Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited absolutely. There is no context in which it is allowed, and no appeal.
  • An account found to be involved in it is ended permanently, and the content is removed.
  • Report it in the app on any post, reply, book, mood or profile — and for anything involving a minor, email safety@pixaearn.com as well.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement and preserve relevant records where we are legally required to.

A summary, not a substitute — the sections below are the ones that apply.

1. Our standard

IONICWEB CREATOR Pvt. Ltd., the developer of PixaEarn, publishes and enforces these standards. They apply to everyone who uses PixaEarn, and they form part of the Terms of Service alongside the Community Guidelines.

A minor means anybody under eighteen. Where content or behaviour is ambiguous about age, we act on the side of the child.

2. Child sexual abuse material and exploitation

The following are prohibited without exception, whether the material is photographic, filmed, recorded, drawn, animated, written, or generated by any tool:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any depiction of a minor in a sexual act, or of a minor's body in a sexual manner.
  • Sexualised depictions of minors, including edited, drawn, animated or AI-generated ones, and material that presents a real child in a sexualised way.
  • Sexualised commentary about a real child, including captions, replies, messages and voice recordings.
  • Advertising, requesting, offering, trading or linking to any of the above, on PixaEarn or anywhere else.
  • Content that promotes, normalises or glorifies the sexual abuse or sexual interest in minors.
  • Content depicting the physical abuse, torture or trafficking of a minor.

Nudity of a minor is not permitted even where it is not sexual in intent — including family photographs. Do not upload it.

3. Grooming, solicitation and contact with minors

CSAE is behaviour as well as content, and behaviour is prohibited on exactly the same terms:

  • Grooming — building a relationship with a minor, or with someone believed to be a minor, for a sexual purpose, including flattery, gifts, coins, secrecy, or the offer of money, access or opportunity.
  • Solicitation — asking a minor for sexual content, sexual conversation, or a meeting, in public or in a private conversation.
  • Sextortion — threatening to publish a minor's images or information to obtain more of them, money, or anything else.
  • Moving a minor off PixaEarn — trying to take a conversation with a minor to another service for any of the above.
  • Trafficking and exploitation — arranging, advertising or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a minor.
  • Sexual harassment of a minor, in any surface of the product.

Adults must not use PixaEarn to pursue romantic or sexual contact with minors. If you are unsure how old somebody is, treat them as a minor and stop.

4. Who is allowed on PixaEarn

You must be at least 13 to hold a PixaEarn account, and older where local law requires it. Real-money features — earnings, payout methods and withdrawals — require you to be at least 18.

We remove accounts we determine belong to a child under 13, along with the data behind them. If you believe an account belongs to an under-age child, tell us at safety@pixaearn.com.

Parents and guardians: if you find your child using PixaEarn under the age limit, write to the same address and we will act on it.

5. How to report

For anything involving a minor, email [safety@pixaearn.com](mailto:safety@pixaearn.com) as well as reporting in the app. That address is for child safety specifically, and it is the one to use if you cannot reach the in-app report — for example if the account has already been removed, or you do not use PixaEarn yourself.

What helps us act

  • The handle of the account involved, and a link to the content if you have one.
  • What you saw, in your own words, and roughly when.
  • Whether you believe a child is in immediate danger.

Please do not download, save, forward or re-upload suspected child sexual abuse material, even to report it. Send us the link and the handle. Handling the material itself is unlawful in most countries, including for the person reporting it.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or child protection authority first. Then tell us, so we can act on the account.

Reports are confidential — we do not tell the person who reported them. You can also block the account, which takes effect immediately and does not wait on a review.

6. How we review and enforce

Reports go to a queue that the PixaEarn team reviews. Decisions are made by people. We do not monitor the Service continuously, and we do not scan content automatically — which is precisely why a report matters, and why child-safety reports are prioritised over everything else in the queue.

We do not promise a response time. We do commit to treating a credible child-safety report as the most urgent thing in front of us, and to acting on it rather than waiting for a second one.

What we do when a report is upheld

  • Remove the content, everywhere it appears on PixaEarn, including its public web page.
  • End the account permanently. CSAE is not on the warning ladder that applies to other rules — there is no removal, then a limit, then a suspension. The account ends.
  • Refuse re-registration. We block the sign-in identity behind a terminated account from creating a new one.
  • Forfeit balances where the account is terminated for this reason, and stop any open withdrawal.
  • Suspend during investigation where we need to look further before deciding.

Enforcement for CSAE is not appealable. For every other kind of enforcement, you can write to us and a person will look again — see the Terms of Service.

7. Law enforcement and evidence

We report child sexual abuse and exploitation to law enforcement and to the competent authorities where we are legally required to do so, and we cooperate with lawful requests and orders we receive from them.

Where we are required to preserve material, account records or related evidence — by law, or by a lawful request — we preserve it, and we restrict access to the people who need it for that purpose. Removing content from public view does not destroy the record behind it.

9. Community expectations

Child safety is the hardest line on PixaEarn, but it is not the only one. The Community Guidelines carry the full set; these are the ones that most often sit next to a safety concern, and all of them are prohibited:

  • Harassment and bullying — targeted abuse, stalking, threats, or coordinated pile-ons, against anybody of any age.
  • Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual advances, and unsolicited sexual content.
  • Non-consensual intimate images, and threatening to share them.
  • Threats and violence — credible threats, incitement, or glorification of violence.
  • Self-harm and suicide content that encourages, instructs or normalises it.
  • Doxxing — publishing somebody's personal information without their agreement.
  • Impersonation, including of a child or of somebody who works with children.
  • Exploitation of vulnerable people, including trafficking, coercion, and scams that target them.
  • Illegal content and activity of any kind.

What we expect in the other direction is simpler: treat the people here as people, assume a stranger might be young, and report what worries you rather than arguing with it.

10. Tools you can use right now

These take effect immediately and do not wait on anybody's review:

  • Block — the account can no longer reach you, message you, or interact with your content.
  • Report — on any post, reply, book, mood or profile.
  • Who can message you — restrict messages to people you follow, or turn them off entirely, in Settings.
  • Who can follow you — require approval before somebody follows you.
  • Muted words — keep content containing a word out of your Stream.
  • Blur sensitive media — kept on by default, so sensitive content is covered until you choose to see it.
  • Turn gifts off — nobody can send you one.

11. Raising a safety concern

If something worries you and you are not sure it fits a report reason, write to us anyway: safety@pixaearn.com for anything involving a minor, and support@pixaearn.com for everything else. We would rather read a report that turns out to be nothing than miss one that was not.

Do not use reports as a weapon. Coordinated or knowingly false reporting is itself a breach of the Terms, and a false child-safety report wastes the attention of the person who would otherwise be reading a real one.
