Community Guidelines

Why these exist

PixaEarn is an entertainment platform, not a shouting match. People come here to watch something good, read a chapter, play a round, and talk to other people about it. Everything below follows from protecting that.

These Guidelines apply everywhere on PixaEarn — Stream posts, moods, stories and books, podcasts, live, audio, PixaPlay, conversations, your profile, and your handle. They apply to what you post and to what you do.

They form part of the Terms of Service. Breaking them breaks the Terms.

Be who you say you are

• Do not impersonate another person, creator, brand or organisation. Parody and fan accounts are fine when they say so clearly on the profile itself, not just in one post.
• Do not run networks of accounts to make one voice look like many.
• Do not use automation to post, Spark, follow, comment or play. Accessibility tools you rely on personally are not automation.
• Do not buy or sell accounts, handles or followings.
• Label synthetic media. If a video, image or voice was generated or materially altered by AI and could be mistaken for real, say so in the post. Synthetic media of a real, identifiable person doing something they did not do is not allowed at all.

Keep people safe

Nothing here is worth someone getting hurt over.

• No threats of violence, calls for violence, or celebration of it. This includes threats made as a joke, in a conversation, or in a broadcast.
• No promoting or glorifying terrorism, mass violence, or the people who commit it.
• No content that encourages self-harm, suicide or disordered eating. Talking honestly about your own experience is welcome; instructions, encouragement, and methods are not.
• No dangerous challenges or stunts presented as something to copy.
• No graphic violence posted for shock. Documentary and news footage may be allowed with context and a content label.

Absolute rules about minors

This covers all of it: sexual imagery of a minor, sexualised commentary about a real child, grooming, soliciting sexual content from someone under eighteen, and sharing links to any of it. It applies whether the content is photographic, drawn, written or generated.

It also covers adults contacting minors for sexual purposes, and adults trying to move a conversation with a minor off PixaEarn. Report any of it immediately, in the app and to safety@pixaearn.com. Nobody gets harassed here

• No targeted abuse, pile-ons, or organising other people to go after somebody.
• No hate. Attacking people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or immigration status is not allowed — as a post, as a mood, as a reply, or as a handle.
• No sexual harassment, unsolicited sexual content, or repeated advances after someone has said no.
• No degrading someone for how they look, how they speak, or what they made.
• If someone blocks you, that is the end of it. Do not use another account to reach them.

Criticism is not harassment. You can dislike a book, disagree with a take, and say so. The line is between the work and the person.

Respect other people's privacy

• No doxxing. Do not post someone's address, phone number, workplace, financial details, identity documents or private messages without their consent.
• No intimate images shared without consent, and no threatening to share them. This is treated as a serious breach and usually ends the account.
• No filming or recording people in private places, or in a way that would embarrass or endanger them.
• No posting a private conversation to hold someone up for ridicule.

Adult content and nudity

PixaEarn is a general-audience platform. Pornographic content and sexual services are not allowed.

Nudity is allowed in a narrow set of cases: art and life drawing, breastfeeding, birth, medical and health contexts, and protest. Where it appears it must be labelled so people who do not want it do not see it.

Written fiction may deal with sex between adults. It must be labelled mature, it must not be the account's whole purpose, and it must never involve anyone under eighteen — including characters described as under eighteen.

Make your own work

Stories and books are the heart of what people make here, and nothing damages that faster than lifted work.

• Post what you have the right to post. Someone else's chapter, video, track or artwork is not yours to publish.
• Do not re-upload another creator's work as your own, on PixaEarn or from anywhere else.
• Fan fiction and transformative work are welcome. Copy-paste is not.
• Quote and reference properly — a short excerpt with attribution is fine, a whole chapter is not.
• Rights holders can report infringement; the process is in the Terms of Service.

No spam, no manipulation

Reach on PixaEarn should reflect what people actually enjoyed. Manufacturing it takes that away from everyone else.

• No engagement farming: Spark-for-Spark rings, follow-for-follow schemes, comment pods, or coordinated posting to game the Stream.
• No buying or selling Sparks, follows, views, comments or standings.
• No repetitive posting, keyword stuffing, or filling replies with unrelated promotion.
• No misleading links, phishing, malware, or fake giveaways.
• No scams. Investment schemes, crypto giveaways, "guaranteed earnings", pyramid and multi-level recruitment are all banned outright.
• No unsolicited bulk messages, including to people who follow you.

Play PixaPlay fairly

• Play the game as built. No modified clients, no injected input, no exploiting a bug to post a score.
• No emulators or scripts automating rounds, and no farming challenges while you are not there.
• No second account to enter a challenge twice or to inflate the standings.
• If you find a bug that pays out, tell us instead of mining it. We will not penalise anyone who reports one in good faith.

Scores set by cheating are removed, along with the rewards attached to them.

Coins and gifts are not a marketplace

A gift is a way of saying that something was worth making. It is not a payment channel, and treating it as one puts everybody's balance at risk.

• Do not use gifts to pay for goods or services, on or off PixaEarn.
• Do not circulate coins between accounts you control to manufacture a balance or a payout.
• Do not trade or sell coins outside PixaEarn, and do not advertise doing so.
• Do not offer rewards for Sparks, follows or engagement.
• Do not pressure anyone into gifting, and never suggest that support buys access to a person rather than to content.

Anyone can send or receive a gift from the age of 18. Where we believe coins are moving as part of fraud or money laundering, we freeze the balance, close the accounts and report it.

Illegal and regulated things

• No selling or arranging the sale of drugs, weapons, endangered wildlife, stolen goods, counterfeits, or documents.
• No gambling operations, betting rings, or lotteries run through the Service.
• No sexual services, and no human trafficking or exploitation of any kind.
• No content that facilitates a serious crime, including instructions for making weapons.

What happens when a rule is broken

Most people who break a rule did not mean to. Enforcement is proportionate to what happened, how serious it was, and whether it has happened before.

1. We remove the content and tell you which rule it broke.
2. We warn you. A warning stays on the account for twelve months and then falls off.
3. We limit a feature — live, gifting, or reach — for a set period.
4. We suspend the account temporarily.
5. We close the account permanently.

We skip straight to the end of that list for the things that cannot be walked back: anything sexualising a minor, credible threats of violence, non-consensual intimate images, and organised fraud. Balances obtained through rewards fraud are forfeit.

Reports are reviewed by people. We do not monitor PixaEarn continuously and we do not scan content automatically, so a report is how something reaches us — and every action with real consequences is a decision someone made and can explain.

If you think we got it wrong

We do get it wrong. If you think a decision about your account or your content was a mistake, write to support@pixaearn.com with your handle and what happened.

• A person reads it, and looks at the original decision again.
• If we were wrong, we restore the content, clear the warning, and return anything withheld.
• Appeals are not available for the zero-tolerance rules above.

Reporting something

Every post, chapter, broadcast, message and profile has a report option. Use it — it is faster than emailing us, and it gives the reviewer the context automatically.

• Reports are confidential. We do not tell the person who reported them.
• You can also block or mute, which takes effect immediately and does not wait on a review.
• For anything urgent involving a risk to someone's life, contact your local emergency services first, then tell us.
• For anything involving a minor, email safety@pixaearn.com as well as reporting in the app.

Do not use reports as a weapon. Coordinated false reporting is itself a breach of these Guidelines.

These will change

New formats bring new edge cases, and rules that made sense in one context stop making sense in another. When we change something material we will say so in the app, and the date at the top of this page will move.
