Terms of Service

1. This agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and IONICWEB CREATOR Pvt. Ltd. ("PixaEarn", "we", "us"), the developer of the PixaEarn app. They apply every time you use the PixaEarn app, this website, or anything else we offer that links to them — together, the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use PixaEarn.

Three other documents form part of this agreement, and you should read them: the Community Guidelines, which set out what is allowed here; the Child Safety & Community Standards, which set out the absolute rules that protect minors; and the Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with your information.

If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that organisation.

2. Who can use PixaEarn

You need to be at least 13 to hold a PixaEarn account. Where the law where you live sets a higher age for consenting to online services — 16 in much of the European Economic Area — you need to be that age, or have a parent or guardian give verifiable consent on your behalf.

Anything involving real money has a higher floor. You must be at least 18 to hold Activity Earnings or Creator Earnings, to add a payout method, or to request a withdrawal.

You also confirm that

• you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your country or ours;
• we have not previously terminated your account for a rules breach — if we have, you may not open another one without our written agreement;
• the information you give us is accurate, and you will keep it that way.

If you believe someone under 13 is using PixaEarn, tell us at safety@pixaearn.com and we will act on it.

3. Your account

You sign in to PixaEarn with Google. We do not ask you for a password and we never see the one you use with Google, so protecting your account starts with protecting the Google account behind it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything posted, sent, bought, claimed or spent through it. If you think somebody else has access, tell us at support@pixaearn.com and secure your Google account.

You may not sell, rent, or transfer your account, your handle, or your following to anyone else. Handles are allocated for use, not owned, and we may reclaim one that impersonates somebody or infringes a trade mark.

You can step away or leave from Settings. Deactivating hides your account until you sign in again. Deleting schedules the account for removal after 30 days, and signing in during that window cancels it — see §11 and the Privacy Policy.

4. Using PixaEarn

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service — to watch, read, listen, play, talk to people, and publish your own work in line with these Terms.

What that licence does not cover

• Copying, scraping, or bulk-collecting content, profiles or data from PixaEarn, by any means, automated or not, except through an interface we have published for that purpose.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code, credentials or keys from the app.
• Running bots, automation, modified clients or scripted interaction, other than accessibility tools you rely on personally.
• Interfering with the Service — probing, load-testing, circumventing rate limits or security, or accessing an account that is not yours.
• Reselling, sublicensing or commercially exploiting any part of the Service that is not your own content.
• Removing or obscuring any notice, mark or attribution we display.

5. Content you publish

What we do need is permission to run the Service. When you publish something on PixaEarn you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for delivery, publish and display that content — but only for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving the Service, and only to the audience you chose when you published it.

The limits on that licence

• Adaptation means technical adaptation — resizing, transcoding, generating a thumbnail or a preview, formatting a chapter for a reader. It is not a right to edit what you said.
• Audience is honoured. Content you publish as Exclusive is served to the people entitled to it and redacted for everyone else, including on the public web pages described in §18.
• It ends when you delete. Removing content ends the licence, apart from copies already shared by others, and backups or logs that take a reasonable period to cycle out.
• Promotion is limited to the Service. We may feature your work inside PixaEarn and in our own marketing of PixaEarn; we will not license it on to a third party for their advertising without asking you first.

What you are promising us

• You own your content, or you have the rights and permissions you need to publish it here — including from anyone identifiable in it.
• Publishing it does not break the law or anybody's rights.
• It follows these Terms, the Community Guidelines and the Child Safety & Community Standards.

We do not pre-screen content, and we are not obliged to keep or back up anything you post. Keep your own copy of work that matters to you.

If you send us an idea, a request or a suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything for it. Please do not send us anything confidential.

6. Prohibited content and behaviour

The Community Guidelines are the substantive rules for what happens on PixaEarn, and breaking them breaks these Terms. The categories below are never permitted, anywhere on the Service — in posts, replies, moods, chapters, media, profiles, handles or private conversations.

• Child sexual abuse and exploitation — sexual content involving a minor, in any medium, real, drawn, written or generated; grooming; soliciting sexual content from a minor; or trying to move a conversation with a minor off PixaEarn for that purpose.
• Harassment and abuse — targeted abuse, stalking, threats, sexual harassment, or coordinated pile-ons.
• Exploitation of people — human trafficking, sexual services, coercion, or content that presents a person as something to be bought.
• Violence and dangerous content — credible threats, incitement, glorification of terrorism or mass violence, or content that encourages self-harm or suicide.
• Hate — attacks on people because of who they are.
• Non-consensual and private material — intimate images shared without consent, and other people's personal information posted without their agreement.
• Illegal goods and activity — anything the law where you are forbids, including regulated goods, stolen material, malware and fraud.
• Adult sexual content where the Guidelines do not allow it, and any sexual content involving a person who has not consented to it being published.
• Impersonation — passing yourself off as another person, creator, brand or organisation.
• Deceptive synthetic media — a generated or materially altered depiction of a real, identifiable person that could be mistaken for real.

Anything involving a minor should be reported straight away, both in the app and to safety@pixaearn.com.

7. Spam, fake accounts and manipulation

PixaEarn only works if what a number says is what actually happened. All of the following are breaches of these Terms:

• creating fake accounts, or running networks of accounts to make one voice look like many;
• operating more than one account to multiply Sparks, activity, rewards or earnings;
• bots, emulators, scripts, macros or modified clients used to post, Spark, comment, follow, watch, read or play;
• coordinated Sparking, view inflation, follow-for-follow rings, or any other manufactured engagement;
• bulk or repetitive posting, unsolicited promotion in messages, and links to malware or phishing;
• buying or selling accounts, handles, followings, Sparks or engagement.

8. Security and reward-system abuse

The reward and earning systems are the part of PixaEarn most worth attacking, so the rules about them are strict and we enforce them without a ladder of warnings.

• Do not falsify activity, sessions, game rounds, watch time, reading progress or advert impressions, by any means.
• Do not tamper with the app, its network traffic, or the values it sends, and do not use a client we did not publish.
• Do not exploit a bug, a pricing error or a fault in the reward system. Tell us instead.
• Do not attempt to use PixaEarn to move value on somebody else's behalf. We treat that as attempted money laundering and report it where the law requires.
• Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission.

Found a genuine security problem? Report it to support@pixaearn.com before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue anyone who reports an issue in good faith and does not access other people's data.

9. Intellectual property

PixaEarn, the PixaEarn name and marks, and everything we build — the app, the website, the design, the software, and the games PixaClimb and Orbit Dash — belong to us and our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of it to you.

If your work has been used without permission

Write to support@pixaearn.com with all of the following, and we will act on it:

1. your name, address and email, and your signature (typed is fine);
2. identification of the work you say has been infringed;
3. a link to the material on PixaEarn you want removed, precise enough for us to find it;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that your use was lawful, write to the same address with the same details. We may restore the material if the complainant does not pursue the matter. Knowingly making a false claim in either direction carries legal consequences, and we may suspend an account that abuses this process. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

10. Reporting and moderation

Every post, reply, book, mood and profile in the app has a report option, and it is the fastest way to reach us: a report carries the context of what you are reporting, which an email cannot.

Reports go to a queue that the PixaEarn team reviews and acts on. We do not monitor the Service continuously, and we do not claim to see everything that is posted — which is exactly why reports matter, and why we would rather have one too many than one too few.

Reports are confidential: we do not tell the person who reported them. You can also block or mute somebody, which takes effect immediately and does not wait on a review. Using reports as a weapon — coordinated or knowingly false reporting — is itself a breach of these Terms.

If you think we got a decision wrong, write to support@pixaearn.com with your handle and what happened, and a person will look at it again.

11. Suspension, termination and deletion

We may remove content, limit a feature, suspend an account or close it where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, the Guidelines or the Child Safety Standards, where we are required to by law, or where continuing would create a real risk to another person or to the Service.

Where it is proportionate, we act in steps — a removal, then a limit, then a suspension. Where the breach is serious we act immediately and without notice: anything involving a minor, credible violence, non-consensual intimate images, and organised fraud are always in that second category.

You can leave at any time. Deleting your account from Settings schedules it for removal after 30 days; signing in during that window cancels the request. After removal your handle is released and your account is no longer reachable. Some records are kept where the law requires it — the Privacy Policy says which, and for how long.

If your account ends for a breach involving rewards or earnings fraud, any pending earnings and any open withdrawal request are forfeit. Otherwise, an eligible balance remains payable for six months after closure, subject to the same review as any other withdrawal.

12. Pixa Coins and in-app purchases

Coins can be bought inside the app through Google Play, and they can also arrive as a reward for taking part. Either way they behave identically: they are spent inside PixaEarn — for example to send a gift to somebody, or to unlock a creator's Exclusive post.

Buying coins

• Purchases are processed by Google Play. Google's terms and its refund policy apply to the transaction, and we do not receive or store your card or payment details.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy, and are set by us and by Google's local pricing for your country. Taxes may apply.
• Coins are credited once Google confirms the purchase. A purchase that is pending with Google credits nothing until it completes.
• A purchase that Google refunds, charges back or voids has its coins removed. If the balance has already been spent, the account may be left with a negative or restricted position until it is settled.

Gifts and unlocks

Sending a gift moves coins from you to another person as an expression of appreciation. Gifts are voluntary and are not refundable between users. Unlocking an Exclusive post with coins buys access to that post, not ownership of it. Both people in a gift must be at least 18 where the gift is connected to any real-money benefit, and a gift must never be used to settle a transaction arranged off PixaEarn.

When coins can be removed

We may adjust, withhold or cancel a coin balance where we reasonably believe it was obtained in breach of these Terms — through automation, multiple accounts, exploits, manufactured engagement, or gifts circulated between accounts under common control. Where an adjustment is made in error, tell us and we will put it right.

Coins are not a stake and nothing on PixaEarn is a game of chance: there is nothing to deposit, nothing to wager, and no random outcome you can buy into.

13. Activity Earnings

Activity Earnings are real money. They are separate from Pixa Coins, held in their own balance, and are the only thing — along with Creator Earnings — that a withdrawal can draw on.

Activity Earnings are generated by qualified activity on PixaEarn, as determined by our reward system. Whether a given day, session or action qualifies is decided by us, using signals we do not publish: publishing them would be publishing the instructions for faking them.

• Eligibility rules, qualification criteria, limits and amounts are set by us and may change at any time, without notice.
• Earnings are calculated after a day has closed, and appear once the calculation for that period has run.
• Activity that we determine to be inauthentic, automated, duplicated across accounts, or otherwise in breach of §7 or §8 earns nothing, and may cost an account its eligibility entirely.
• You must be at least 18 to hold Activity Earnings.

14. Creator Earnings

Creator Earnings are a separate real-money balance, generated when people subscribe to you through the creator subscription feature in the app.

• Subscriptions are sold through Google Play, at one of the prices we make available, and Google's terms apply to the purchase.
• We deduct a platform fee from creator subscription revenue. The rate is set by us and applied once, when the revenue is settled to your balance; what you see in your Creator Earnings is already net of it. Google Play's own fees and any applicable taxes are separate and are applied by Google to the transaction.
• Earnings settle per charge. A renewal is a new charge and settles again; a purchase Google refunds, charges back or voids settles nothing, and revenue already credited for it may be reversed.
• If you publish for subscribers, you must actually publish. Persistently taking subscription revenue for content you do not deliver is a breach of these Terms, and we may reverse revenue or end the arrangement.
• If you are paid, gifted or otherwise incentivised by a third party to feature something, say so clearly in the content itself. This is a legal obligation in most countries and it is our rule regardless.

Turning monetization on, changing your price, and turning it off again are yours to decide, in the app. Changing a price does not change what an existing subscriber already paid for.

15. Review, limits and reversal

Both earning balances, and every withdrawal, are subject to review. This section is the one that lets us keep the system honest for everybody, and it applies whatever the source of the money.

• We may hold, reduce, withhold, reverse or cancel earnings and withdrawal requests where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation, a breach of these Terms, an error, or a chargeback.
• We may apply limits — daily, per-account, per-device, per-region or per-method — and we may change them at any time.
• We may pause a balance or an account while we investigate, and we will tell you when we do unless the law prevents us.
• Where we correct an error in your favour, we may recover the amount from a later balance or withdrawal.
• Where an adjustment turns out to be wrong, write to us and we will put it right.

Money you take out may be taxable income where you live. Reporting and paying it is yours to handle, and we may be required to report payouts to a tax authority or to withhold where the law says so.

16. Withdrawals and payout methods

A withdrawal is the one way real-money earnings leave PixaEarn. Pixa Coins are never part of it.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, have an account in good standing, hold the balance in your own name, and have saved a payout method that belongs to you.

Minimum

A withdrawal must clear a minimum amount. The figure that applies to your balance and currency is shown in the app before you request, and it can change.

Payout methods

UPI, PayPal and bank transfer, where we support them. You give us the details the method needs — a UPI ID, a PayPal email, or an account number with its IFSC and the account holder's name — and we store them encrypted.

We do not verify the destination

There is no penny-drop, bank lookup or PayPal check in this product. Details that are correctly formatted but belong to somebody else will be accepted, so check them before you save them. Money sent to a destination you entered incorrectly may not be recoverable.

How it is paid

Requests are reviewed and paid by a person at PixaEarn. There is no automatic transfer, so a request moves from pending, through review, to paid or declined.

Timing

We do not promise a settlement time. Review, banking hours, and your provider's own processing all affect it, and a request under investigation takes as long as the investigation does.

Fees and currency

Your balance is denominated in its own currency and paid in it. Your bank or payment provider may charge you separately, and may apply its own conversion; that is between you and them.

Availability

Withdrawals depend on local financial regulation and on the methods we support, and are not available everywhere. We may suspend withdrawals entirely while we deal with a fault or an investigation.

One withdrawal request per balance can be open at a time. You can cancel your own request while it is still open, and the amount returns to your balance. We may decline a request under §15.

17. Advertising and third-party services

PixaEarn shows advertising, supplied by Google AdMob. Some of it appears in feeds; some of it is optional — a rewarded advert you choose to watch in a game. We do not control which advert you are shown, and an advert appearing on PixaEarn is not an endorsement of it.

Do not interact with adverts artificially, and do not encourage anybody else to. Advert fraud is a breach of §8, it puts the whole placement at risk, and we treat it accordingly.

The Service also relies on other companies we do not control — Google for sign-in, purchases and messaging, and providers who host and deliver media and music. Their own terms apply when you use them, and a creator's external link is theirs rather than ours. What each of them receives is described in the Privacy Policy.

PixaEarn is distributed through Google Play, and Google Play's terms also apply to your installation. This agreement is between you and PixaEarn, not with Google.

18. Public pages and shared links

Content you publish publicly can be reached on the web as well as in the app. When you share a post, a book or a profile, PixaEarn builds a public page for it so that the person you sent it to can open it without installing anything.

Those pages are public: they can be found by search engines, they carry a preview image and description for the link to render, and anyone with the link can open them. Content published as Exclusive is redacted on them — the lock is applied on our servers, not hidden in the page.

If you do not want something to be publicly reachable, do not publish it publicly. Deleting it removes the page, though a search engine's own cache is outside our control and takes its own time to clear.

19. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who it is shared with, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it. It forms part of this agreement, and it is written to be read rather than to be survived.

20. Changes

PixaEarn changes. We add features, retire them, and adjust how rewards, coins and monetization work. Where a change materially reduces what the Service does for you, we will give reasonable notice.

We may also update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use PixaEarn after that date means you accept the new version; if you do not, you can stop using PixaEarn and close your account.

21. Disclaimers

PixaEarn is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every attack, or that it will meet your particular expectations.

We do not endorse content posted by other people, and we are not responsible for it. If something you relied on turns out to be wrong, that is between you and whoever posted it.

Nothing here excludes a right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

22. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither we nor our suppliers are liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost earnings or lost data, or for the cost of substitute services, arising out of your use of the Service.

Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount we actually paid you in withdrawals in that period, or the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in that period.

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

If someone brings a claim against us because of what you posted, what you did on PixaEarn, or a breach of these Terms by you, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, damages and legal fees in dealing with it.

23. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be heard by the competent courts in India.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Before starting anything formal, please write to us at support@pixaearn.com. Most disputes are a misunderstanding, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing something once does not mean we have given up the right to enforce it later.
