Eleven at night on the bypass and the sodium lights were doing that thing where the whole road turns the colour of weak tea. Stood on the divider for four minutes to get the trail. Not recommended.

This is the work. Two years to be allowed to stand there and he still leads with the tea.

I have walked this lane maybe four hundred times and never once seen it empty. Waited twenty minutes for him to be the only one in it.

Unpopular opinion: the best street photograph you will take this year is on a street you have already photographed a hundred times. Range is not the same thing as depth, and most of us are collecting postcards.
